FACILITY RENTAL
RENTAL INFORMATION
The 2017 built facility at DANCE by Eliese has two fully equipped dance rooms, dressing room, lobby and restrooms. All studios are equipped with sprung dance floors, professional surface, full length mirrors, ballet barres and professional sound system. All space is available to rent when not in use. To request space, please e-mail info@DANCEbyEliese.com with the subject "Studio Rental Request.”

RENTAL HOURS
Studios are available 6:00AM to 10:00PM. Additional hours available upon review. All studios are available for rent when classes are not scheduled. Rental rates have the option of by the hour, half day, full day, weekly and monthly. *Studio owned equipment is not included in rental agreement unless specified in rental request.

DANCE by Eliese studio space can be reserved for the following uses:

FACILITY
FLOORING - Both studios have a fully sprung dance floor and marley overlay. One of our studio spaces is great for barefoot and soft-sole shoes, while our other studio is equipped for all styles, including tap, clogging and Irish.
SOUND - Both studios have a professional sound system with connection for iPod, laptop, iPhone or auxiliary port
BARRES - Both studio spaces have wall mounted and portable barres in various heights to accommodate a large range of dancer height
MIRRORS - While both studios have full length mirrors on one wall, the larger studio has an additional wall of full length mirrors with the option to black-out curtain over them
LIGHTING - Both studios have bright, clean, overhead LED lights
CEILING - Each studio has a vaulted ceiling with a 12’-17’ height; lights are ceiling height and insulated with vinyl backed rolls of insulation; a 6” wide truss at 14’ does span each room
DRESSING ROOM - One single use private changing room with mirror, curtain partition and outlet
RESTROOMS - One ADA restroom and one youth sized restroom
LOBBY - Large lobby with viewing TVs of each studio
PARKING - The side of the studio is available for staff parking and access; parking lot available for renters and participants
PAYMENT
Renters must pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking to reserve a studio space. The remainder is due 7 weeks prior to rental. Payments by card will be subject to a 3% processing fee. Rental includes access 15 minutes prior to and following rental times. For additional set-up and break-down time, reservation must include time needed. Space may be booked e-mail.
INSURANCE
Renters are required to sign the DBE Rental Liability Waiver. Full renters must present DBE with a Certificate of Liability.
